भिलाई। पुलगांव थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम गनियारी निवासी एक 16 वर्षीय किशोरी को अगवाकर उससे दुष्कर्म करने वाले आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के खिलाफ अपहरण, दुष्कर्म और पाक्सो एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है।
पुलिस ने बताया कि ग्राम उमदा भिलाई-3 निवासी आरोपी ऋतु प्रसाद मंडावी (21) और पीड़िता की इंस्टाग्राम पर पहचान हुई थी। इसके बाद आरोपी ने उसे अपने प्रेम जाल में फंसाया और सात जुलाई को भगाकर ले गया। परिवार वालों की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने अज्ञात आरोपित के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी कर जांच शुरू की।
जांच के दौरान पता चला कि वो कुछ महीनों से आरोपी ऋतु प्रसाद मंडावी के संपर्क में थी। सात जुलाई से आरोपी भी अपने घर पर नहीं था। उसके मोबाइल लोकेशन के आधार पर पुलिस ने नागपुर के बेसा चौक पहुंची। वहां पर आरोपी के कब्जे से पीड़िता को बरामद किया गया।
पूछताछ में पीड़िता ने दुष्कर्म किए जाने की भी जानकारी पुलिस को दी। जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म और पाक्सो एक्ट की धाराएं जोड़ीं और उसे गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपी को न्यायालय पेश किया गया। जहां से उसे रिमांड पर जेल भेज दिया गया है।
